It's finally summer! Which means warm weather, "free" time and lots of concerts, plays and festivals. This is the first summer I'll spend away from home, and what better way to capture it than a blog? I'll be spending my summer interning in Milwaukee and I'm excited to what a summer in my "second home" will bring. I mean, I love it during the school year, but I've heard it's even more amazing during the summertime. The summer in Milwaukee also means Summerfest and Lollapalooza, which will be my first two festival experiences.
I've always wanted to start up a music blog but never knew what type of "angle" I wanted it to take. There's countless music blogs out there, so who would read yet another one? I want to share my experiences of a summer in the Midwest and maybe I'll even review an album or two. It's going to be a fun three months and I can't wait to get started.
